The Opportunity
As a global leader in captioning and translation technology, AI-Media set out to make its 2025 Annual General Meeting a live demonstration of accessibility done right. The goal was to deliver high-quality, reliable captions for both in-room and online attendees, ensuring full inclusivity and professionalism throughout the event. Previous AGMs had relied on Zoom’s built-in captioning, which offered limited accuracy and little control over formatting or transcript quality. For this year’s event, AI-Media saw an opportunity to demonstrate to ASX-listed companies and major enterprise organisations just how far AI-powered captions and translations have evolved in the past 12 months. By showcasing high accuracy LEXI Text, LEXI Voice, and a professional hybrid delivery setup, the AGM aimed to illustrate that AI-driven accessibility is now robust, reliable, and ready for the most demanding AGMs and results presentations.
The Solution
AI-Media partnered with CTS (Corporate Technology Services), provider of specialist end to end audio visual services, to deliver a seamless
hybrid setup integrating the company’s captioning and translation technology across both the in-room and live streamed experience.
The solution included:
• LEXI Text providing live captions to in-room screens and the online webcast.
• LEXI Viewer delivering clear, readable captions alongside presentation content in the AGM
venue.
• LEXI Voice providing a choice of 100+ languages over the room PA system.
• CTS’s platform, which hosted the webcast and allowed viewers to watch the live video and presentation slides side-by-side, delivering an
intuitive and highly accessible online experience for shareholders.
• LEXI accuracy was enhanced with custom topic modelling to ensure precise recognition of names, titles, acronyms, and organisation specific terminology.
Additionally, the use of LEXI ensured a full transcript was automatically available post-event - simplifying minute-taking and compliance documentation.
The Results
The upgraded AGM broadcast set a new innovative benchmark for full-service multi-language accessibility for corporate AGMs and results events.
