      Duncan Lugstein
      Managing Director
      Duncan has worked in the audio visual industry for over 30 years. He has an extensive background on the corporate client side of consulting, events, and managed services. As the Managing Director of CTS since 2001, Duncan is a Certified CEO and member of the CEO Institute. He currently sits on the AVIXA Oceania Advisory Group and volunteers for several industry and non-industry initiatives and causes.
      Damon Pieterse
      Head of Business Partnerships
      With over 20 years of experience in ICT, Damon is a skilled technical leader and business strategist. He has served many of Australia’s leading corporate, finance and government institutions as an audio-visual consultant, spent 10 years as an education technology manager, and toured the world as an audio engineer on concerts, broadcast, and theatre productions.
      Beatriz De Grano
      Managing Accountant
      Beatriz is a fully qualified CPA and oversees the finance department at CTS. She thrives on accuracy and reliability in everything she and her team produce. She loves learning new things and loves her team. Execution, dedication, and commitment are at the core of her professional being.
      Jordan Sexty
      Head of Support
      Jordan brings a depth of experience to the Support department at CTS. From direct support in AV concierge teams and technical direction of corporate broadcast & event spaces, to leading our national AV managed services teams. Jordan ensures enterprise customers enjoy personalised service with their technology.
      Aleksandra Deren
      Head of Consulting
      With 10 years of experience as a technology consultant and project manager, Aleksandra has established an industry reputation as a top audio and sound system designer. She brings unique skills in electroacoustics design, having worked on large scale projects at Sydney International Convention Centre & NSW Parliament House. Aleksandra is a member of the AVIXA Women Council and Women in Construction Association (NAWIC).

      Roger has over 15 years of experience in the audio visual industry and dedicates his time to connecting with his clients to ensure that the technology driving their events excels at delivering their message and vision to their audience. His expertise makes him the go-to person for making events both memorable and successful.
      Dominique Devereaux
      Human Resources
      Dominique is a people leader with a background in fashion retail. Driven by her passion to see team members exceed at work, she takes pride in providing the best employee experience possible. As a HR professional, her goals include maintaining the strong culture already established at CTS as the business continues to grow. Dominique creates an environment where people enjoy coming to work and ultimately deliver excellent customer service.
      Henning Schulze
      People & Operations Manager
      Henning’s professional experience spans over 17 years from having worked in a range of advisory capacities across several industries such as engineering / construction & in recent years facility managed services. Skilled in Staff, Key Account and Operations Management. His focus has been on CTS’s service delivery and the continual improvement of standards & practices to ensure operational efficiencies across all departments are achieved and customer expectations are met.
